My Feedback: Good or Bad?
Noticeable Results for Hair and Nail Growth:
- After taking this supplement daily for about a month, I start to notice my baby hair growing out faster than usual. As someone with flat and thin hair, I also notice that my hair looks healthier and thicker, which helps to add some volume to my hair.
- As for my nails, I feel that they are stronger and less brittle too, so I'm able to grow my nails longer now.
- I do not see any significant differences on my skin.
Easy to Swallow & No Strong Smell:
- The tablet is bluish-grey in colour and it's about 1" in length.
- It also does not have a strong smell.
Affordable Pricing & Convenient to Purchase:
- This supplement costs $35 USD for 150 tablets. Since you only have to take 1 tablet daily, that means you are paying only $0.23 per tablet (excluding the shipping fees)
- You can either purchase Swisse from their official Swisse USA website, or from Amazon if you live outside USA. They also offer free standard shipping for orders of $50 or more.
Nausea & Headache:
- This is definitely one of the most common side effects of this supplement. I did some Google search and realised that many people have experienced the same side effects as me.
- Usually I take this supplement in the morning after my breakfast, and sometimes, I feel nauseous after taking it. I'm not sure what is the cause for this.
CONCLUSION
Will I Purchase This Product Again?
I will continue to finish up the current bottle that I have. However, I probably won't be purchasing it again because of the unpleasant nauseous feeling after taking the pills.
Overall, this is still an excellent product for hair and nail growth. If I ever experience hair fall problems in future, this will be my go-to solution for any hair problem.
3.5/5
The Good Stuff:
- Promotes better hair growth - stronger and thicker hair
- Stronger and less brittle nails
- Safe ingredients
- Affordable and convenient to purchase
The Bad Stuff:
- Experience nausea after taking
- No noticeable effect on skin
